Privacy Policy
PSC PYQ is a study companion for competitive exam aspirants. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
Summary
- Optional sign-in or guest mode.
- Signed-in: account, coin wallet, unlocks, referrals, and Pro status on our servers (Supabase).
- Quiz history and answers stay on your device — not uploaded.
- Coin packs: Google Play (Android) or Razorpay (web). Pro subscription via Google Play or Razorpay (web).
- We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
- Account: email; optional name and phone on your profile.
- Quiz activity: answers, history, badges — stored on your device only.
- Coins (signed-in): balance, rewards, paper unlocks.
- Purchases: Google Play or Razorpay verification; Pro subscription status.
- Local device: theme, preferences, guest coins.
- Crash reports: Sentry in production (no answers or profile in reports).

Terms of Service
By using PSC PYQ (the Android app or this website) you agree to these Terms of Service. The app is an independent study aid for competitive exams (PSC, SSC, UPSC, banking, railways, defence, academics, and more), not affiliated with Kerala PSC, SSC, UPSC, or any government agency or exam conducting body.
Key points
- Use the app for personal study only; do not scrape or resell the question bank.
- Content is provided “as is”. Marked answers and explanations are for practice only — not official answer keys (provisional or final) from any exam conducting body and may differ from their publications.
- Always verify correct options with the relevant conducting body’s website (for example keralapsc.gov.in or ssc.gov.in) before exam preparation or objection windows.
- Coins are virtual currency with no cash value.
- Coin packs: Google Play on Android; Razorpay (UPI/cards) on the web.
- Pro subscription grants unlimited practice while active (Google Play on Android; Razorpay on web).
- Cancel Google Play subscriptions in Play Store; cancel Razorpay web subscriptions through Razorpay support. Deleting your app account does not stop billing.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse purchases, referrals, or promo codes.

Data Compliance
PSC PYQ aligns with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Google Play data-safety requirements. We act as the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through the app.
Your rights
- Access / copy: email geocartindia@gmail.com or view profile in the app.
- Correction: edit name and phone on Profile.
- Erasure: Profile → Delete account (see Account Deletion below).
- Grievance: email geocartindia@gmail.com — we aim to respond within 30 days.
Security & retention
- HTTPS in transit; Supabase Row-Level Security for account data.
- Quiz data stays on your device; server account data deleted on account deletion.
- No sale of personal data. Optional rewarded ads only when you choose to watch.

Account Deletion Policy
Server accounts: Yes — optional sign-in creates an account on our servers.
How to delete (signed-in)
- Open the app → Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This removes your profile, coin wallet, unlocks, referral records, and subscription records on our servers, and clears local quiz history on your device. Cancel Google Play or Razorpay subscriptions separately before or after deleting your account.
Guest / local only
- Uninstall the app, or
- Android: Settings → Apps → PSC PYQ → Storage → Clear storage.
